How do I pay for my oil?

We accept credit/debit card, electronic transfer and cheques.  Payment is taken at the time of your delivery.

Will I receive an invoice?

Even though we process your payment at the time of delivery, we still give you an invoice for your records this is always the confirmation of your delivery and left by our driver at your house.

What is the credit card charge?

Payment is accepted by debit or credit card. There is a charge of 1.5% incl. VAT for credit card payment. However, there is no charge for debit cards. The credit card surcharge simply covers the additional costs incurred from the credit card issuers. We recommend payment by debit card to keep your cost to a minimum. Please note that the credit card surcharge is deducted from your card as a separate transaction.

Do you have a monthly payment scheme?

If you join our planned delivery program then we work with you to set up regular monthly payments to help you manage your bills and avoid large winter bills.

What if my debit/credit card payment is incorrect?

If an error has occurred please contact us as soon as possible with your delivery / invoice reference number. We will look into it immediately and rectify any error found.

What happens if I cancel my delivery?  Do I get a refund?

If you have to cancel your order for whatever reason, providing we have incurred no costs in processing your order or taking your payment, there would be no hesitation in making a full refund.

What about tanks?  Do I still have to pay in advance?

When you have accepted our quotation for a tank or installation, we require 50% of the total invoice value including VAT at the time of order confirmation.
